Today’s post is actually for some of my wedding creatives who read CBB, or maybe even a bride to be that is an aspiring wedding planner who hopes to one day work in the wedding industry. Everyone knows how hard it is to start and maintain a business. I know first hand the blood, sweat and tears that it takes to build something from scratch and the mistakes you make along the way just with running CBB. Luckily, last year I wised up and attended an industry conference geared towards bloggers. I left with a wealth of information and a starting point on how to revamp my blog as a business. I really learned how important it is to invest in yourself.
Behind the Veil Wedding Planning Intensive was created by wedding planner, Atosha Bennet-one half of the Larger than Life Events team. Together, Atosha and her husband Charles run the South Carolina based business which they’ve built from the ground up. Like me, Atosha struggled with the business side of her creative business and with that struggle she realized she wasn’t alone. Behind The Veil was creative to provide wedding creatives with the tools, processes and education to elevate their business to function as just that….a BUSINESS. The 2 day intensive is filled with industry insiders who will cover everything from client operations to branding to flower design.
